Blanco Tequila
Bottled within 2 months of distillation, these tequilas are in their purest form allowing the flavors of agave to shine through.
Reposado Tequila
Meaning rested, these tequilas are aged 2 months to just shy of 1 year in oak barrels for a slightly more refined finish.
Anejo Tequila
Meaning aged, these tequilas are kept in oak for at least 1 year and are recognized by their darker color and strong notes of oak and vanilla.
Blanco Tequila

Extra Anejo Tequila
A newer classification labeling any tequila aged more than 3 years. Following the same rule as “anejos” but with an extended aging period. These tequilas are most complex.
Cristalino
A fairly recent category of tequila. Essentially aged tequila that has been filtered (often through charcoal) to remove naturally occurring colors from barrel-aging.
Mezcal
A spirit distilled from any agave varietal is considered to be a mezcal. With the use of several different varietals and a distinct smoking process, more diverse flavors are achieved.
